- 1 – can 398ml DOP PLUM Plain San Marzano Tomatoes
- 200ml strained or crushed tomatoes
- ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh chopped Basil
- 1.5 teaspoons Cluck & Squeal All Purpose Seasoning & BBQ Rub
- ¼ teaspoon Himalayan salt
No Cook Mix Instructions
Open the can of plum tomatoes and place them in a medium size bowl and break them up by hand to suit your desired tomato sauce texture. I like small to medium size tomato chunks. Mix in the remaining ingredients and let it sit for 20 minutes before using. Remix and spoon onto a pizza dough and spread as desired and continue topping your pizza.
