Marc Cardinali took Bold Browning to Texas and over the course of the BBQ season and professional pit masters and firecookers said not only was an amazing rub for steak and beef ribs, but also for pork, lamb, and wild game. High-heat searing, roasting, or low and slow barbecue maximizes this seasoning’s rich flavour and prized crusting effect. Marc took this blend to the next level and expanded its uses by incorporating it into ethnic cultural favourites, creating recipes for Jamaican jerk, Mexican fajitas, Cuban stews and chilies, Texas brisket, and beef rib rub.
Cluck & Squeal Bold Browning Steak Recipe
For a 1" - 1.5" Steak, apply the Bold Browning rub generously. Allow 45 mins - 1.5 hours for the seasoning to fully penetrate and flavour the meat. I recommend searing the meat for the best results.
