INGREDIENTS:
- Turkey Wings - 8 wings
- Cluck & Squeal Rib Formula + Tasty Hot Butter. Just because it says Rib Formula doesn't mean you can’t use this Seasoning a 1000 different ways!
DIRECTIONS
- Create the injection with Cluck & Squeal Tasty Hot Butter - See Large Batch Recipe here - LINK
- Optional - Add your favourite whiskey or bourbon into the butter for extra flavour - To taste
- Inject your Turkey wings with your Tasty Hot Butter
- Liberally coat wings with Cluck & Squeal Rib Formula (It’s low in salt - You can apply a generous layer!)
- In oven cook at 350 F until internal temperature is between 180 F - 190 F, you want crispy skin! For backyard BBQers smoke as desired to achieve doneness and crispy skin.
