Cook time: 15-20
Total time: approximately 35 minutes
- 450g egg roll wrappers, approximately 16-17 sheets
- 340g frozen spinach, water squeezed out
- 1 398ml can of artichokes, chopped
- 125g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp jarlic
- 1-2 tsp Cluck & Squeal’s Bold Browning
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- A few spritzes of avocado oil
Directions:
Place all ingredients, except the egg roll wrappers, egg, and sesame seeds, in a bowl and combine. Place two tbsp of the mixture onto an egg roll wrapper and wrap by folding the corner closer to you over the top of the mixture. Take both of the other ends and fold in like you’re closing a book, then roll upwards. You just rolled your first egg roll! Continue to do the same for the remaining egg roll wrappers. Brush egg wash onto all of the egg rolls and sprinkle sesame seeds over top. Preheat your air fryer to 450° F and place the egg rolls into the air fryer for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes spritz the egg rolls with avocado oil and place back into the air fryer for 5-10 more minutes or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Serve immediately or freeze them as a quick appetizer when you need the delicious flavours of spinach and artichoke dip!
