01HOW TO USE
Everyday Use: Replace regular salt in recipes and season to taste.
Meat & Processing: Use about 1 tablespoon per pound as a starting point for roasts, chicken, brisket, burgers or sausage.
Steaks & Chicken: Apply moderately so the surface of the meat is still visible.
Prime Rib & Brisket: Coat more generously, rest about 1 hour and add coarse black pepper for a Central Texas-style finish.

Ok. I found this seasoning when I lived in Hamilton. Got it from Highland meatpackers and I have used it for a couple years. Now I moved away and thank God I can order it directly online. I use it for my air fryer wings, and pork dishes. I love the heat and flavor it brings. I love how it has zero preservatives and no salt so I can control to my taste.
I also love how its not mass produced. Even though im not local anymore I still support local, and will continue to buy the seasoning for years to come.
