Inspired by the legendary flavours of Montreal delis, Cluck & Squeal Montreal Gold Seasoning & BBQ Rub reworks the classic with a medium-coarse grind and Himalayan pink salt for better crust, texture and flavour.
It is a natural fit for steak, but the peppery, garlicky profile also works beautifully on chicken, pork, fish, vegetables, potatoes, dips and compound butters.
01HOW TO USE
1/2 inch cuts: Season generously and rest about 30 minutes before cooking.
3/4 inch cuts: Rest about 45 minutes before cooking.
1 inch cuts: Rest about 1 hour before cooking.
1 1/4 inch cuts: Rest 1–1.5 hours before cooking. For extra heat, pair with Tasty Hot; for brightness, finish with fresh lemon.

Ok. I found this seasoning when I lived in Hamilton. Got it from Highland meatpackers and I have used it for a couple years. Now I moved away and thank God I can order it directly online. I use it for my air fryer wings, and pork dishes. I love the heat and flavor it brings. I love how it has zero preservatives and no salt so I can control to my taste.
I also love how its not mass produced. Even though im not local anymore I still support local, and will continue to buy the seasoning for years to come.
